I submitted a few pieces for my school's end-of-the year art exhibit. One of them was selected for the juried show in the student art gallery and the other ones were "rejected" and were put in the Salon des Refusés, an exhbit that Augsburg does for artwork that is not selected inspired by the Parisian scene of 1863 when artists were rejected from the Paris Salon and their work was instead exhibited in an annex section.
